Except of printing information relevant to your travel arrangements you may not copy, sell, reproduce or otherwise exploit this Site's contents without prior written authorization from us.

·        All the information provided by clients are their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission. Any changes to the details supplied should be forwarded as soon as possible. Hotels-Plus.com is allowed to use its contents in ways, which are consistent with the information, needed to confirm the reservation and are bound by our privacy policy.

·        We are unable to stop you from making 2 reservations for the same time of travel at different properties, and in that case no refund will be given.

·        All rooms/dates are subject to availability. We recommend that you include a second choice hotel in case your first choice is not available. Please note that most 2/3 star hotels will not accept Saturday one-night bookings.

·        All the rates listed on this Site are contracted from individual hotels and are represented in their local currency. The provided currency converter is based on international publicly available currency conversion at the time of your booking and its current rate will be used when debiting your card. Hotels-PlusHotels-Plus.com cannot guarantee or warrant that the conversion rate will not be subject to currency fluctuation.

 Cancellation Policy:

·       If you wish to cancel your reservation you must do so by contacting Discount City Hotels Ltd. directly, and not the Hotel. Any cancellation made with the hotel will not be considered valid and clients will remain liable for any and all charges which will still remain. All cancellations made correctly (via Discount City Hotels Ltd.) will be charged as follows:

    - If you cancel your reservation before 12 Midday (UK time) 3 days before your arrival date, there will be a £10 administration fee charged per room cancelled ,to the guarantee card.

    - If you cancel your reservation after 12 Midday (UK time) 3 days before your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the first unused hotel night, and in some cases e.g. minimum stay, for the full amount.

    - In case of failure to arrive at the hotel on the booked date, any remaining dates of your reservation will be voided and your credit card will be charged for the first (non-arrival) hotel night, and in some cases e.g. minimum stay, for the full amount.

 Child Policy and extra person:

·        Child policy may vary between hotels, however the standard policy allows children up to 3 years to stay free in  their parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot. For older children the age requirement policy will depend on hotel policy, stated in the hotel's info section.

·        Most of the hotels will allow extra persons to share the rooms, usually the price is fixed and can be found in the info page of the chosen hotel.
